Accreditation and licensing agency in the Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of RA was established per decision № 1131 from 28.07.2011, of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, which was also set charter of agency. Prior to the agency, the functions were performed by state non-profit agency "National Center of Technical Security" of MES RA
