On June 13, at 09:02 information was received that a car accident had occurred on Aygehovit-Vazashen highway, a car had fallen into a canyon: there was a casualty and the rescuers’ help was needed.

A fire brigade left for the scene.

It turned out that on the 1^st km of Aygehovit-Vazashen highway “Nissan Murano” with license plate 35 CO 041 had run off the roadway, crashed into a concrete barrier and slid into the adjacent canyon (6 m).

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene the driver had been taken out of the car by local forces. The rescuers removed the driver to ambulance car. The casualty was hospitalized to the medical center of Ijevan town where died.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car.
