Collapse in Metsarents street: there were no casualties

On October 14, at 1:49 an emergency call was received to "911" service that the exterior wall of one of the houses in Metsarents street, Yerevan, had been destroyed and the other walls had cracks, there was a danger of collapse: rescuers' help was needed.

A fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department and the Response Group of Emergency Situation of Crisis Management National Center of the Rescue Service of MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that in the morning the outer layer of the bedroom wall of one of the houses in Metsarents street collapsed partially (about 4 m2). There is a danger of the other part to collapse. There are cracks in the exterior walls of the nearby house. There were no casualties. 

Rescuers demarcated the area.
