On December 25, at 00։51 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that a car had been unable to continue the process due to a malfunction on Yerevan-Spitak roadway near Spitak town: the rescuers' help was needed to transfer the driver and passenger to a nearby residence.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers temporarily transferred S. A. (born in 1988) and S. G. (born in 2012) to the Fire and Rescue Squad.
