Ministry of Emergency Situations
of the Republic of Armenia

From December 30 to January 3, 19 emergency calls were received to Crisis Management National Center of the Rescue Service of the MES about fires broken out in various areas of the Republic of Armenia covering 200 square meters area and more, particularly:

1 ha in Chknagh village of Aragatsotn province,

3 ha in Chambarak town of Gegharkunik province,

8.2 ha in Vanadzor town, 10 ha in Privolnoye village, 4.6 ha in Metsavan village, 1500 square meters in Gugark village, 600 square meters in Darpas village, 6 ha in Mets Parni village, 6 ha on Tashir-Lernahovit roadway of Lori province,

1 ha in Kaghsi village, 4 ha in Solak village of Kotayk province,

0.5 ha in Goris town, 8 ha and 27 ha of wheat field near Harjis village of Syunik province,

3.4 ha in Dilijan town, 2000 square meters in Ijevan town, 2500 square meters in "Chapkut" field of "Ijevan forestry" branch of "Hayantar" SNCO of Tavush province.

Тhe firefighters extinguished the fires broken out in the areas mentioned above in total of about 83 ha.
