3338 patients turned to the "Center of Disaster Medical Treatment" SNCO in 2019

On January 29 the consultation dedicated to summarizing the results of activities in 2019 Health Care Department of the Rescue Service was held in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the RA. The consultation was led by Armen Grigoryan, r/s Colonel, Deputy Director of the Service.

Deputy Director of the Service A. Grigoryan, coordinator the activities of the department, thanked the entire staff of Health Care Department for implemented activities and highlighted the labor discipline, keeping the rules of wearing the uniform.

Karen Atoyan, r/s Colonel, Head of Health Care Department made a report summarizing the result of the activities of the department in 2019.

In the reporting period the "Center of Disaster Medical Treatment" SNCO implemented actions in the following directions:

a) Medical preventive actions;
b) Professional training in disaster medicine and first aid;
c) Operational tactical training.

3338 patients (1918 rescuers, 13 civil service employees, 229 pensioners and 1178 family members) turned to the "Center of Disaster Medical Treatment" SNCO, of which 1395 patients (584 rescuers, 108 pensioners and 703 family members) were referred for inpatient examination and treatment in 2019.

454 citizens admitted to the Rescue Service were subjected to military-medical expertise.

1824 citizens were given medical consultations by calling 911.

Head of the Civil Defense Department represented suggestions towards organizing the activity of the Department more efficiently in 2020.

Issues arising during the Department activities were addressed during the consultation and represented suggestions towards organizing the activity of the Department more efficiently in 2020.
