In the daytime of December 31, on 1, on January 4-5 no precipitation is predicted. In the daytime of January 2, at night of 3 in separate regions snow is predicted. The roadways in the mountainous regions and foothills will be covered with black ice.

West wind speed is 2-5 m/s.

At night of January 2 the air temperature will gradually go up by 2-3 degrees.
