In the daytime of February 23, on 24, at night of 25, in the daytime of 27, on 28 no precipitation is predicted. In the daytime of February 25, on 26 in most regions, at night of 27 in separate regions precipitation is predicted: in the form of snow in the mountainous regions.

South-west wind speed is 2-5 m/s, on February 25 in separate regions wind speed may reach up to 15-18 m/s.

The air temperature in the daytime of February 23-24 will go up by 2-4 degrees.

In the daytime of February 23, on 24, at night of 25, on 27-28 no precipitation is predicted. In the daytime of February 25, on 26 rain is predicted. On February 25 wind speed may reach up to 15-18 m/s.
